Shipping Policy
Shipping is provided through FedEx or UPS at a flat rate of $16.00 (business address). $17.50 shipping to residential addresses.
Same-day shipping on orders entered by 11:00AM MST. Ground shipping is generally 2-3 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. FedEx tracking is provided in the updated order status.
We do not currently ship outside of the contiguous 48 United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
Return Policy
All sales are final.
We will replace defective products or products damaged in transit within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may avoid shipping fees and return in-store at Beautera Professional in Denver.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, you must email ineva@beauterapro.com within 7 days of receiving the item and return the damaged item to Beautera Professional.
Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement or issue a partial credit based on condition. A restocking fee may be applied for returns over 60 days.
General Terms of Use
Unless otherwise noted, the products and services on the site, delivered to you, and in store are intended for use and resale by licensed salon professionals or cosmetologists. You agree to be in compliance with the Beautera's anti-diversion policy, only for lawful purposes, and in compliance with all international, federal, state, and local laws.
Payment
Beautera Professional accepts orders using Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay, and American Express. Orders can also be be done by ACH bank transfer. Please email accounting@beauterapro.com for that banking information.
